Shipping & returns
The Dock Marina craft store will gladly do a refund, but it has to be within 30 days from your purchase and under these following conditions:
You contact us about/for a refund authorization within the 30 days of your purchase.
We will also need your receipt for proof of purchase to complete your return.
All items/item that is getting returned MUST be in the same condition as when you received it, the item must be unused. The item must be in it's original packaging with no damaged or anything missing.
For a refund that will go through after we receive your item back and inspect it, we will then send you an email that we received your returned item.
The refund will be processed if your approved, and a credit will be applied automatically to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 days.
If an item is to get returned it will be your responsibly to pay shipping cost to return your item. Our shipping cost are NON-REFUNDABLE.
If we have a sale on some items, unfortunately we do not do a refund on sale items ONLY regular priced items.
